RETURNS
In order to ensure a smooth shopping experience, kindly note that we don’t have refunds however, you can check & try on your order items while the courier awaits. The courier can wait up to 15 minutes.
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can return the whole package to the courier paying the shipping fees only.
EXCHANGES
Your order will be accepted for exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
To exchange items purchased on meraki-world.com, follow these easy steps:
- Make sure item are in their original condition and include all labels
- Send us an email on info@meraki-world.com with your order number and the new exchanged item or send us a message on merakiworld__ with your inquiry
- We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with the availability of the new item
- Once the exchange is confirmed, the courier will deliver your new package & pick up the first order within 2-3 business days
- Kindly note that you will be paying the shipping fees of the new order once you receive it and shipping fees are non-refundable
